Our client, an established asset management firm is looking for a Client Service Executive to support day-to-day client servicing and onboarding activities within the asset management business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing
- Handle daily client service matters, including:
- Updating client information and records
- Responding to basic client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing updates on process status and service requests
- Coordinate client requests with relevant internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution
- Monitor and manage client feedback and complaints, ensuring proper escalation and resolution
Client Onboarding & KYC/CDD Support
