Client Support – Assist clients with inquiries and concerns about private banking products and services. Provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.
Client Meetings – Prepare necessary documentation and follow up on action items before and after meetings, including expired documents such as W8Ben, RPQ, VC form; attend face‑to‑face meetings with clients alongside RMs if required.
Account Management – Manage and update client records ensuring accuracy and compliance: mailing/registered address changes, identification documents, POA changes, etc. Monitor client accounts and transactions to identify opportunities and risks: TD & loan due, corporate actions, credit violations, trade inputs, settlements, and funding.
Compliance and Documentation – Ensure all client documentation meets regulatory requirements: account opening documents, periodic review documents, loan applications and AA renewals, complete trade details...
