Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the Client Portfolio Management Team. The role involves providing administrative, clerical, and coordination support to ensure efficient client servicing and internal workflow management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the Client Portfolio Management team; prepare, review, and maintain documentation, reports, and correspondence; manage filing systems (physical and electronic) to ensure proper record-keeping.
