The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients
• Posting job advertisments online
• Phone screening, shortlisting and arrange interviews
• Cold Calling existing database of candidates/members
• Conducting reference checks and coordinating offers
• Data entry, management, and maintenance of the candidate information system within CRM
