We are looking for a dynamic Client Success Manager who thrives in a hybrid role focused on both new business acquisition (50% Hunter) and account management & growth (50% Farming).


What you’ll do:


  • Drive acquisition of new clients and grow business within assigned markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to support their business goals
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies across existing clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams on solution design and project implementation
  • Monitor account performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery excellence
  • Provide regular business updates and reports to management
