About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MSP recruitment Specialists/ Leads to join our staffing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs, VMS portals, and contingent workforce hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across multiple MSP clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on requirements received through MSP/VMS programs.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
