In this varied and commercially impactful role, you will:
Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of client‑facing contracts, including complex commercial, technology and AI‑related arrangements. Provide clear, commercially grounded legal advice to internal stakeholders. Ensure contractual arrangements meet regulatory, legal and internal policy requirements. Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks, collaborating with colleagues across the GCO and wider firm. Escalate matters appropriately in line with internal governance processes.
