This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of both our busy first-opinion practice and our new Referral & ECC Hospital.

What your typical day will look like

You will be a key member of our client care team, working across both the general practice and the referral hospital. Your day will be varied and interesting, involving front-of-house and call centre duties, referral coordination, and ensuring every client feels welcomed and well looked after, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
