Client Billing Administrator

Location: Auckland or Wellington.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with contractual agreements and company policies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Calculate and record monthly net revenue accruals to reflect the true financial position of the company.
  • Review and follow up on aged debtors.
  • Perform specialized financial analysis to support decision‑making and identify trends in financial performance.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee financial controls to safeguard company assets and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Support the Finance Manager in preparing for and conducting local and group financial audits, providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
