Client Account Manager (CAM) We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to support our private bankers (Client Advisors) in the Greater China desk in Singapore and deliver exceptional client service and experience.
Responsibilities - Serve as the point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries, orders, payments, etc.
- Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities.
- Support documentation for client meetings and investment proposals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications - At least 5 years of assistant relationship manager experience, preferably in a private bank or supporting role in private banking operations.
- University degree or higher education, with valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 for licensing.
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and Mandarin. ...
