Daily management of providing service provisions for clients engaged with Salesworks Pte Ltd
Point of contact for all client contact, queries and communication internally and externally
Liaise with the Sales Network to support the daily management of the campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day management of the client relationship and communication
Ensure all client enquiries & emails are answered daily satisfactorily after getting response from the internal team as well as the sales network
Collaborate with sales network to produce, update and maintain current sales collateral & training materials
Facilitate and support training to sales network
Work in partnership with the client and internal support teams ensuring activity, processes, procedures and requirements are fully supported and effectively communicated
