Clearance Operative

Location - Burton Upon Trent

Hourly rate - £13.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on payment type) + a company van

Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week

Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Clearance Operative to work within their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job duties required for the Clearance Operative position

Clearing out empty properties
Filling up skips with waste and materials
Assisting trades with moving furniture
Cleaning the rooms once they are emptyThe ideal candidate will possess the following:

Full UK Driver's license
Experience with labouring and cleaning duties
Willing to carry out a basic DBS check - We will support with this
