Responsibilities - Supervising multiple teams of cleaners for different projects.
- Ensure service quality delivery and safety of all employees.
- Assist in planning of cleaning service operations work plans.
- Assist in incident management.
- Managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials used in multiple project sites.
- Provide guidance and coaching of new team members.
Job Requisites - May be assigned to a variety of places including indoor and outdoor public places.
- Must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders.
- Prior supervisory experience in service industry is an added advantage.
