Duties & Responsibilities
Clean and sanitise kitchen areas, dining areas, serving areas, and workstations.
Sweep, mop, wash, and maintain floors according to the cleaning schedule.
Clean tables, counters, chairs, appliances, and other surfaces.
Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment where required.
Empty bins and dispose of waste according to site procedures.
Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health and safety requirements.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
Report any damages, hazards, or maintenance concerns to the relevant supervisor.
Assist with ad-hoc cleaning and support duties as and when required.
