Role Overview: 

Cleaning the stairwell / Public access areas of the car park at Ty Pennant. Cleaning of lifts, stairwells and landing areas of the carpark.
Key Responsibilities:
Toilet areas – sanitising all surfaces, toilets, sinks, hand dryers, pipes, cubicles walls and doors and floors

Staff room – sanitising work surfaces, floors, tables / work areas and skirting boards

Communal areas of stairwell – cleaning all flooring, walls, stairs and lift areas

Removal of graffiti

A scrubber dryer is provided

All relevant training will be given
Requirements:
