Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain lobbies, washrooms, and other common areas.

Perform regular trash collection and sanitation tasks.

Report any repair needs and follow safety protocols.

Requirements:

Experience in cleaning and sanitation.

Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and materials.

Character Qualities: Hard-working, disciplined, detail-oriented, and serious about cleanliness and hygiene standards.
