We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers for a regional lane based out of Pekin, IL. We understand that home time is often a hollow promise in this industry. On this route, we guarantee a 34-hour reset every Saturday and Sunday so you can plan your life around your job, not the other way around.

Compensation & Logistics

• Base Pay: $0.57 – $0.64 CPM based on verifiable experience
• Average weekly gross pay $1,300 to $1,500
• Top 20% of our regional drivers earn $1,700+ per week
• Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 paid out in milestone installments
• Performance: Earn an additional $0.03 CPM for safety and productivity
• Support Pay: $12.50/hr detention after 2 hours, $100/day layover/breakdown
• The Run: 100% no-touch freight, approximately 60% drop-and-hook
• Equipment: 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680
