• Lead and supervise the claims processing team to ensure efficient and accurate rec
• Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor claims metrics and provide regular reports to management for continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor staff on claims procedures and compliance regulations.
• Resolve escalated claims issues and disputes as necessary.

Requirements
