Handle, analyze and resolve claims for commercial business (Property, Liability, and related lines) independently and in line with Zurich’s service standards 
Review policy coverage, gather facts, assess losses, and negotiate settlements with customers, brokers, and other partners 
Ensure accurate, timely claims handling, balancing customer focus with adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
