The role involves analysing claims documents to identify liable parties, crafting claim submission letters and negotiating settlement based upon the applicable laws and contract terms.
The candidate will be required to liaise with others both internally and externally to secure additional documents as well as to provide concise advice to clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure their claims are processed in a timely manner and all systems kept up to date.

Requirements:
Degree in law or equivalent
2 years experience in recovery claims or the marine industry preferable but not mandatory
Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
