About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing short-term insurance claims from registration through to settlement, while providing excellent service to clients and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and service providers.

This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple claims simultaneously, and ensure a high standard of administration and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Claims Management

• Register and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with insurers, assessors, repairers, salvage agents, brokers, and clients.
• Monitor and manage claim progress from inception to finalisation.
