What you’ll be doing:
- Review and analyze claim documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare clear, detailed written responses to complex inquiries from claimants and legal counsel.
- Handle complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel in a professional manner.
- Receive training, guidance, and oversight from project directors, managers, coordinators, and other team members.
- Consistently deliver best-in-class customer service to both internal and external clients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality in all work.
