Handle insurance claims from reporting up to settlement and repair completion. 
Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents, insurance, repairs, accidents, and claims. 
Coordinate, Process and Recording of accident-related concerns including reports, insurance, and repairs. 
Monitor daily Motorpool operations, vehicle condition, and availability. 
Manual Recording of Daily Vehicle Repair/Maintenance Expenses and Motorpool Job Order. 
Vehicle Checklist of incoming and outgoing units for release to the assignee. 
Tasks will be taught during training/probationary period
