Job Summary This position provides administrative support to the Claims team and may involve handling of simple straight-forward claims.
Involved Lines of Business Casualty including Schemes and Packages (Commercial and Personal Lines)
Job Duties - Assist in system data entry including claim registration, payments and reserve adjustments, etc.
- Handle First Notification of Loss (“FNOL”), enquiries or claims and where necessary it may involve contact with customers, intermediaries, external service providers, third parties, etc.
- Set up and manage filing and administrative systems to ensure that necessary information is recorded, secure and accessible.
- Assist in claim files and documents preparation and/or processing for onward handling by respective Claims handlers.
