About the Role
Our client, a well-established organisation within the insurance and financial services sector, is seeking a Claims Administrator to support the accurate and efficient processing of insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, assess, and process insurance claims in line with policy terms and procedures
- Verify and review supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Respond to claims-related queries from clients, brokers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on claims systems
- Follow up on outstanding information and ensure timely finalisation of claims
- Escalate complex or high‑risk claims where necessary
