Lead the civil/structural engineering discipline  on major nuclear projects 
Serve as the primary civil/structural point of contact  with OPG and key stakeholders 
Oversee preparation and review of structural calculations, foundation designs, steel and concrete detailing, and technical specifications  
Ensure all designs comply with Canadian nuclear regulatory standards  and CNSC requirements 
Lead and mentor civil and structural engineers and designers, fostering a culture of rigor, compliance, and continuous improvement 
Challenge teams to deliver fit‑for‑purpose, fully compliant engineering solutions  
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and optimized project delivery
