We are seeking experienced a highly skilled Civils Chargehand to join our growing team and support both new and existing work across Cornwall. In this role, you will lead and supervise a small team of operatives, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Ordering and managing plant and materials required for projects
Interpreting utility plans, construction drawings, and technical specifications
Ensuring that all team members follow Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and adhere to safe working practices
