Element has an opportunity for a Civil Material Technician for testing, sample preparation and delivery/collection of samples and preparation of test reports. Candidates should ideally have gained considerable experience in construction material testing either with a commercial test house or contractor.
Responsibilities - Perform varies of construction testing onsite such as concrete, soil, structural fixings and etc.
- Perform test as directed by customer specification / Engineers instruction
- Operate testing independently and /or under supervision of senior test technician
- Gather and record test data and able to communicates properly with client onsite.
- Prepare and compile reports/worksheets as per supervisors instruction.
Skills / Qualifications - Working knowledge of laboratory safety & site safety.
- Diploma in Civils or Material Science certificate preferred.
