The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising civil maintenance activities, renovation projects, and construction works across the campus to ensure that facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance activities including masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and repair works.
Monitor contractors and labor teams to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, roads, walkways, drainage systems, hostels, and other infrastructure.
