CSA Supervisor – Finland

As a CSA Superviso r, you will oversee the daily execution of civil, structural, and architectural activities on a data‑center construction site. You will ensure all work is delivered safely, accurately, and in alignment with project timelines and technical requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise CSA activiti es — manage on‑site civil, structural, and architectural works, including concrete, steel structures, building envelope, and interior finishes.
• Coordinate subcontracto rs and manage day‑to‑day site operations
• Ensure complian ce with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations
• Monitor progre ss and provide regular updates to the CSA Lead or Project Manager
• Resolve site issu es and collaborate with other disciplines, including MEP teams.
