Manage and supervise a team of technical supervising RTOs in performing their duties on site with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works.
Ensure that all site activities comply with regulations and the client's requirements, and report to C&S QP.
Work closely with regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
Be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works, including temporary works, by identifying any non‑conformity of contractor's works on site.
Interpret drawings and contract documents accurately.
Possess a complete understanding of local requirements, especially BCA’s criteria for buildability and safety assurance system.
