Al Marwan Group is looking for a Civil Supervisor Fit-Out to lead and supervise civil and interior fit-out operations for residential and commercial projects in Sharjah, UAE. This role demands strong leadership and the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of civil and fit-out experience in the UAE, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office, CAFM system, and AutoCAD is also required.
