Supervise and monitor site operations and construction activities. 
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with engineering standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. 
Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. 
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. 
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation. 
Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. 
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. 
Conduct quality control and health and safety inspections on site. 
Coordinate with the design and project management team to ensure project milestones are met. 
1-3 years of experience 
Bachelor's degree required
