ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES



Note: All official drafts, documents and recommendations, as listed below, must be reviewed, finalized and approved / accepted by appropriate BPA manager or other federal personnel with the authority to do so.



With BPA manager oversight and approval:



Monitor vendor/supplier compliance with BPA's technical material specifications to validate that quality material is supplied throughout BPA's transmission system.



Alert the BPA manager of any compliance concerns.



Provide assistance to Supply Chain by tracking and monitoring purchase orders and order progress including maintaining regular communication with the vendor to obtain current order status.



Witness testing and perform inspections of TEL material, as defined in BPA's technical specifications, at the vendor's facility.
