Location: NYC - within 30 minutes of city to be able to commute from local DoorDash office to businesses

The City Launcher is responsible for building, training, and maintaining a high-quality workforce and customer experience within a defined region or hub.

This role is equal parts recruiter, trainer, and field operator.

You are the owner of onsite client quality in your market from first interview to ongoing performance in the field, along with dedicated boots on the ground to support other in person initiatives (restaurant test orders, restaurant sales conversations).
