**Job Description**

The Rework Technician uses soldering and inspection skills to repair and rework electronic circuit boards that have failed inspection. This role focuses on reworking components on printed circuit boards (PCBs), verifying electrical continuity, and ensuring that all work meets IPC-A-610 standards. The technician documents quality issues, collaborates with engineering on escalated defects, and supports a lean, organized production environment.
