We are searching for a Head of Corporate IT, reporting directly to Merivale’s Chief Technology Officer. This is a pivotal role within our Senior IT leadership team responsible for day-to-day delivery, reliability and improvement across all venues and our Head Office.

The role is hands-on when required and leads a blended workforce of approximately 15 permanent and casual staff across service desk, field support and corporate/venue network operations. The focus is operational excellence, service quality and the uplift of people, processes and tools in a fast-paced, customer-centric hospitality environment.
