The CIAM Manager will be responsible for leading CIAM strategy, architecture, and delivery using Forgerock platform, ensuring secure , scalable and seamless customer identity experiences aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

How you'll contribute:

• Define and implement the organization’s CIAM strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with business, security, and compliance stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to CIAM team
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance CIAM solutions
• Define customer identity journeys including registration, login, MFA, and consent management
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Lead end-to-end implementation of ForgeRock CIAM solutions
• Oversee integration with web/mobile applications, APIs, CRM, and third-party systems
• Ensure best practices in development, configuration, and deployment
