To handle enquiries from distributors and customers
To provide one-stop service and solutions to distributors and customers in relation to procedure, payment, administration guidelines and case progress, etc.
To provide recommendations in process review / revamp to streamline the workflow / procedures for efficiency gain
To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
University graduate preferred or matriculated with 2 years or more relevant experience in financial or insurance industries, preferably with frontline servicing exposure
Proficiency in written English and Chinese, and fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
IIQE (Paper 1, 3 and 5) license holder preferred
Good communication and problem solving skill
Able to work under pressure
