This position is responsible for elevating the brand's retail standards by enhancing the sales and service excellence of our boutique teams. This role designs, delivers, and implements comprehensive, globally aligned training programs focused on the Women's Universe, covering product knowledge, selling ceremony, fashion styling, and essential brand fundamentals. Working collaboratively with boutiques and head office stakeholders, the Executive Trainer drives consistent brand messaging and ensures an exceptional client journey.
