Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Import & Customs Clearance Manager to lead import customs clearance activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence across inbound logistics processes. 
The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in import customs regulations and clearance processes, issue resolution, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Import Customs Clearance Management
• Lead import clearance activities, including import customs clearance status monitoring, FTA savings, extra tariff exemption, and green channel declaration management to ensure timely and compliant shipment release.
• Accelerate urgent shipments and coordinating with customs brokers and relevant stakeholders
• Review customs documents and conduct spot checks, and manage documentation filing and providing to stakeholders
