About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to oversee the operation of two 2:bed EBD childrens homes, located approximately one mile apart in the New Milton area.

This opportunity would suit either an established Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager looking to step up, provided they already hold their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of both homes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and full compliance with all relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements.
