What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will assess the needs of children with complex backgrounds, develop and implement personalised care plans, and provide emotional and practical support to promote their wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with professionals across health, education, and legal services to ensure safeguarding and positive outcomes. Accurate record-keeping and adherence to legal standards are essential, including compliance with the British Association of Social Workers (BASW). You will advocate for children’s rights, facilitate access to essential services, and foster a nurturing environment that supports their development and resilience.
