What is the job role?
As a manager, you will:
Support your team with training, supervision, and professional developmentThrough safer recruitment practices, appoint new carers and assess their performanceUnderstand the needs of children, which may involve different complexities and children with disabilitiesEnsure that the voice of the child is heard and respected in service deliveryAdhere to and implement the relevant policies, procedures, and legislationParticipate in the development and improvement of the serviceUndertake relevant training and qualifications as required Please Note: This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
