Location: Gamston Base - Retford Airport

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Salary: Basic £30,688.85, plus £292 monthly premium

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join the National Children’s Air Ambulance team and play a vital role during life‑changing transfers for patients and their families.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Crew Member, you will provide support to specialist neonatal and paediatric clinicians during NCAA transfers, working alongside pilots and airdesk coordinators. You will be the technical expert for the bespoke NCAA interior, stretcher system and incubator, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the aircraft and base are fully operational and ready for tasking.
