The Role
- Ensure our children’s ministry reflects the church’s vision and ethos, and lead its development and growth on Sundays and throughout the week
- Share the gospel creatively and clearly with children, helping them respond and grow in faith
- Build strong relationships with families – both within the church and in the wider community helping them to connect and belong
- Develop and lead a team of volunteer leaders and helpers
