· Lead and oversee all survey-related activities for the project.
· Ensure accuracy in setting out works, alignment control, track geometry, and topographic mapping.
· Supervise survey teams, allocate work, and monitor performance.
· Verify and validate survey reports, drawings, and GIS/AutoCAD outputs.
· Coordinate with design, construction, and quality teams for resolving survey-related issues.
· Maintain survey records, benchmarks, and data as per project and client requirements.
· Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
· Provide technical guidance and training to junior surveyors and field staff.
· Act as the primary point of contact with consultants/clients for all survey-related matters.
