Job Purpose Drive CEO directed projects governance by coordinating committees, programs, and audits; executing project/budget tracking; and planning Director General (DG) visits. Provide data-driven reports, risk updates, and follow through across Licensing Agency units.
Roles and Responsibilities Strategy - Advise on CEO headed committee charters, annual plans, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); recommend risk registers and reporting cadence.
- Advise on development/executive plans for Licensing projects; analyze current state, opportunities, challenges, and risks; submit consolidated outputs to leadership.
- Advise on Proof of Concept (PoC) use cases tied to Licensing projects; ensure adherence to institutional documents.
Operations - Advise on outgoing/incoming correspondence related to projects and budget for the CEO; maintain official records and follow up on recommendation closures.
