Sales Strategy and Monitoring Assist the General Manager in the preparation of strategic and operational plans as approved by the Board of Directors and ensure timely and efficient execution. Work closely with the Chief Financial and Operations Officer to set monthly, quarterly and yearly sales budget for each brand represented for the region in the Business Unit (BU). Identify potential markets for the company's brands and products. Evaluate the development of new brands and products and develop business cases that are value-added and sustainable.
