About Enso

At Enso Coliving we're redefining how people live in cities. We're one of the fastest-growing premium coliving operators in Southern Europe, with 700+ rooms across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Lisbon — and a clear ambition: 40 cities.

We've built our own end-to-end tech platform (booking engine, coliver web app, PMS and owner portal) and product is at the heart of our differentiation. Now we're looking for the person to lead it.

What you'll do

→ Lead the strategy and roadmap of the entire Enso platform

→ Design in Figma: flows, wireframes, prototypes and design system

→ Make data-driven decisions: metrics, A/B experiments and dashboards (PostHog)

→ Coordinate product with Tech, Sales, Community and Finance

→ Start as a one-man show and build your team as Enso grows
